WHO WE ARE
Solutions for Youth Services is a consulting and evaluation firm designed to specifically address the needs of educational and youth serving organizations. We are passionate about seeing youth realize their potential and we strive to provide the highest quality support to organizations working with students daily.
Solutions for Youth Services was birthed out of a need observed by Grant Fulton and Weston Bell for better data-driven solutions in the field of youth services. As youth service professionals and educators, they engaged nationwide with schools and youth service providers striving to make a difference but often lacking the necessary support and analysis.
Having both received national recognition for their commitment to youth services and together growing one of the largest OST programs in their home state, Grant and Weston founded SYS to provide ongoing support to their colleagues nationwide.
Their extensive experience growing educational and youth organizations and providing professional development nationwide has now been translated into Strategic Planning, Grant Support, Annual Impact Reporting, Program Evaluation, and Program Development models that meet every client's needs.
OUR LEADERSHIP
Grant Fulton, EdD, MBA
Co-Founder
Grant is experienced in educational administration and is a national award-winning afterschool program director. The demand for his expertise has led him to be a regular workshop facilitator and presenter at local, regional, and national conferences as well as providing mentorship to up-and-coming leaders in the field. A passionate advocate for youth, Grant co-founded Solutions for Youth Services (SYS) to provide expert consulting and support to all youth serving nonprofits, schools, and community organizations.
Weston Bell
Co-Founder
Prior to co-founding Solutions for Youth Services, Weston spent most of his career in educational technology services. Through his regular technology support of OST programs, Weston developed a passion for youth organizations. For the innovative and data-driven approaches he implemented to enhance local OST programs, Weston was recognized with a national award from the National Afterschool Association. As a co-founder of Solutions for Youth Services (SYS) Weston fulfills his passion by serving the professionals that serve our youth.
